Ingredients
1 # lean ground turkey2 cups frozen corn1 can black beans, rinsed well1 can diced tomatoes1 pkg taco seasoning1 pkg dry ranch seasoningTop with crushed tortilla chips & shredded mozzarella
Directions
Brown turkey in a dutch oven sprayed with Pam. Add frozen corn, black beans, tomatoes, seasonings, 4 cups water. Simmer for 30 minutes. Makes 10 1cup servings
