Tuna Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
3 c. elbow macaroni, dry2 cans tuna, packed in water1/2 c. mayo1/4 c. light sour cream3 tbs. dijon mustard (I like Emeril's)3 dill pickle spears, chopped finely1 small onion, chopped finely3 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4 in. cubes1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. white pepper
Directions
Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Chop the onion and pickles and mix with all other ingredients in a large bowl with a lid. Drain the macaroni and rinse with cold tap water. Drain thoroughly. Add to the dressing. Stir and refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
