Hot and Sour Soup

Ingredients
2 cans of chicken broth1 cup of water1 teaspoon of chicken boullion1 teasponn minced garlic4 packages of soy sauce4 white mushrooms1/2 package of baby bellas1/8 cup red wine vinegar1/8 cup balmaic vinegar1/8 teasponn white pepper1/8 teaspoon ground ginger1/3 cup julienne bamboo shoots4 oz. medium tofu (cubed)shredded chicken2 tablespoons corn starch2 tablespoons cold water1 bunch green onions (chopped)1 tablespoon cornstarch1 tablespoon cold water 1 egg
Directions
Boil the first 5 ingredients

Slice the mushrooms nice and thin and add to the boiling mixture; let sit for 5 - 10 minutes

Add the next 7 ingredients (including the chicken) and let cook for 5 minutes

Mix together 2 tablespoons corn starch, 2 tablespoons water and add to soup; also add one bunch of green onions (chopped) and let cook for 10 minutes

Beat together 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1 tablespoon cold water and one egg. Add to the soup, turn off the heat, and let it sit until you are ready to eat.
