Ingredients
Dry beans 1.5 cupBarley, pearled, raw, 1 cupCanned chopped tomatoes, undrained 2 796mL cansPeas, frozen, 1.5 cup Onions, raw, 2 medium, choppedGreen Beans 1 canYellow Beans 1 canVegetable broth 8 boullion cubes
Directions
Soak beans overnight
Boil barley, beans and boullion cubes in 16cups of water for 1.5 hours
Add other ingredients, boil for 10 minutes.
