Shrimp Lo Mein

Ingredients
8 oz uncooked spaghetti12 oz frozen cooked shrimp, thawed and tails off1 package frozen stir-fry vegetables2 tsp sesame oil1 Tbsp minced garlic1 Tbsp rice vinegar1 tsp fish sauce1/4 cup soy saucesugar - 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp, to taste
Directions
Boil spaghetti in water until done. Drain and set aside. Heat pot over medium-high heat - briefly sautee the garlic in the sesame oil. Add the frozen vegetables and stir-fry them. Mix the rice vinegar, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. When the vegetables are done, toss the spaghetti back into the pot a little at a time so it doesn't all clump up. Add the sauce, stir to coat. Add the shrimp. Makes four very hearty servings.
