1 c. wheat berries1 c. black beans or black eyed peas1/2 red onion sliced1/2 c. feta cheese1/2 c. dried cranberries1/2 c. mint5 tbsp olive oil5 tbsp lemon juice1 tbsp honey mustarddash pepper & salt1. cook wheat berries 1 hr & drain.2. Mix remaining ingredients and season as needed.
