Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped Garlic, .5 tsp Chicken Broth, .5 cup Milk, nonfat, .25 cup Cheese Sauce, 2 tbsp
Directions
put the first 4 ingredients in a bullet cup with the lid with holes for venting. microwave for about 3 min until the broccoli is cooked. then add milk and cheese sauce and blend on the base with the cross blade for about 30 - 60 seconds until soup.
