White Bean and Turkey Stew

2 tbs olive oil, divided1 lb extra lean ground turkey1/2 medium onion, finely diced4 garlic cloves chopped roughly1 can cannellini beans (white kidney beans) rinsed and drained2 cups low sodium chicken broth1 tbs poultry seasoning 3 tbs fat free half and halfcayenne pepperSalt to taste
Heat a large deep skillet over medium-high.
Add 1 tbs olive oil.
Next, add all the turkey. Season with some salt to taste and poultry seasoning. Brown the turkey and then place in a large bowl and set aside.
In the same skillet heat the remaining 1 tbs of olive oil. Add the onions and garlic, and poultry seasoning. Saute until the onions are soft.
Next, add the beans and broth. Bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes or until the garlic is soft.
Place 3 quarters of the bean mixture into a blender and blend until smooth. Return to the skillet.
Return turkey to the skillet and stir into the bean mixture.
Finally, add the fat free half and half and season to taste with cayenne pepper and salt.
