CHOCOLATE NUTTY GRAHAM CRUNCH

Ingredients
3/4 cup unsalted butter (Do not substitute)3/4 cup packed brown sugar12 full sheet low fat honey graham crackers1 & 1/2 cups semi sweet choc. chips ( or mixture of milk and semi sweet)1 & 1/2 cups chopped walnuts ( or combo of your preference, I like 1/2 walnuts and 1/2 chopped pistachios)1/2 cup flaked sweetened coconut flakes
Directions
pre heat oven to 350
cover cookie sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray and arrange graham crackers into 1 lrg. rectangle
melt butter over med. high heat, add brown sugar and stir to dissolve. Bring to boil ,stirring constantly for about 3 min.(being careful not to scorch or burn.)
Immediatly pour over graham crackers and spread to edges with back of greased spoon.
Bake for 7-9 minutes ( again being careful not to burn)
Remove from oven and spread choc. chips evenly while still hot. Let sit until choc. softens and spread evenly with spoon. Spread nuts and coconut on choc. and press in with hands. Let cool and break into pieces(I use the freezer, so I don't have to wait too long) Keep in covered container
