Ingredients
2 slices sara lee whole wheat bread2 large eggsbutter (I use country crock w/calcium & vitamins)salt & pepper to tastecookie cutter
Directions
butter both sides of bread and use cookie cuttter to cut a hole in the center of each piece. Put the eggs into a bowl and whisk together with salt & pepper to taste. Place the bread in a skillet or griddle heasted to med - low heat. Pour the eggs into the holes in the bread and cook until done. You can also toast the holes you cut out. Serves 2.
