Poached Egg and Pea Spaghetti

Ingredients
2 oz spaghetti1 large egg1/2 cup frozen peas2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drop in peas in last minute or so of cooking to heat through. Drain.
2. While the spaghetti and peas cook, poach the egg.
3. Toss the spaghetti and peas with the parmesan and parsley. Top with the poached egg and salt and pepper to taste.

Serves 1.
