Simple orzo salad

Ingredients
Orzo, Barilla, uncooked, 1 cupCan of cornCan of black beans1 Green Bell Pepper 8 oz brick of sharp cheddar cheese - 2%1 cup salsa Garlic Powder
Directions
Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and rinse. Place in medium to large bowl.

Drain and rinse corn and black beans. Place in bowl.

Cut up bell pepper and cube cheese. Place in bowl.

Add cup of salsa and garlic powder (I don't measure but I will guess 1 tbs)

Mix well and refrigerate. I usually make the day before but I am sure you can make the day of. You just want to make sure you have it in the fridge long enough to chill all of the ingredients.
