Sirloin Tips

Ingredients
2 lbs top sirloin (beef)1.5 c College Inn Beef Broth4 oz wine (& some in a glass for the cook!)2 Tbsp soy sauce1 clove garlic, minced.25 tsp onion powder2 Tbsp cornstarch.25 c watersalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Cut sirloin into 1" cubes. Brown in skillet. Add broth, wine, soy sauce, garlic, and onion powder. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about an hour or until meat is tender. Blend cornstarch with water and stir into meat mixture. Stir constantly while cooking until mixture thickens and boils. Continue cooking for 1 minute. Serve over rice or pasta (not included in nutritional values). Serves 8.
