Fat-Free Ricotta Cheese, Part Skim Ricotta Cheese, Cocoa Powder, Agave Nectar, Postum, Water
Mix all with handheld blender or mixer. Add more water if consistency is too thick. ( you can use instant Coffee powder instead of Postum) Makes 21, 1/4 Cup Servings. Serve with Almonds and whipped cream.
