Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
2 large eggs1 cup sugar1 cup organic peanut butter
Directions
Whip eggs and sugar thoroughly (cookies will not be lite if you avoid this step). Gradually add 1 cup(16 T) peanut butter. Mix thoroughly. Roll in balls and roll in sugar to coat(or not/not in cal calc). Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350* for 10 to 12 minutes.
