Jalapeno cheddar cornbread

Ingredients
2 cups medium-ground cornmeal1/4 cup flour2 tbsp butter, diced finely or grated2 1/2 cups water1/2 tsp salt1 jalapeno pepper, diced finely100 grams cheddar cheese, grated2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F with 9-inch greased cast iron skillet inside. Combine all ingredients (make sure to break butter into small pieces). Pour into hot skillet and put back into oven for 15-20 minutes or until just browned on top. Flip onto plate and cut to serve.
