Ingredients
Ingredients:Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp Onion, Chopped, 0.5 cup (Finely Chopped)Tomato, Medium Whole (Finely Chopped)Peanuts, all types, dry-roasted (with salt), 10 peanut Salt, 1 dash Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (Finely Chopped)Brown Sugar, 1 tsp paked (remove)Flat Rice Flakes / Chiwda / Poha 1 cupTurmeric, ground, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1/2 tsp
Directions
1. Take Rice flakes in sieve and run water through it nicely, keep it aside so that extra water drips down.
2. In non stick pan, put olive oil and than put mustard seeds in it.
3. When mustard seeds get nice dark color, put turmeric powder, add soaked rice flakes to it.
4. Sprinkle slat, brown sugar, black pepper and roasted peanuts in it.
5. Mix all the things nicely with spatula on low flame for 10 seconds to 1 minutes.
6. Serves it in plate, garnish it with copped onion, Chopped tomato and chopped cilantro.
