Wonton/Dumpling Soup

Ingredients
4 cups chicken stock1 bok choy, chopped2 cups sliced mushrooms1 pkg frozen pork or shrimp wontons or dumplings5 cups bean sprouts, or less1 carrot, shredded2 green onions, sliced1/4 cup coriander
Directions
In a large saucepan, bring stock and 2 cups of water to boil. Add bok choy and mushrooms; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add wontons; cook over medium-high heat, covered, until wontons float to surface, about 4 minutes. Add bean sprouts, carrot, green onions and coriander. Makes about 8 servings
