Marilyn's Chicken Soup w/ Asian Vegi's

Ingredients
8 oz Chicken Breasts4 med Celery Stalks, thick sliced1 med Onion, chopped chunky1-16oz Bag Safeway Asian Style Vegetables1-32 oz carton Pacific Organic Chicken Broth1 1/2 c. water1/2 c. Cooked Brown RiceGoya Adobo All Purpose Seasoning to tastePepper to taste
Directions
Saute chicken in pan sprayed with Pam until halfway done.
Add onion and celery, saute till soft.
Add frozen vegetables, broth, water, and rice.
Bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmier 15-20 minutes.
Season with Adobo and pepper to taste.
Makes 4 - 1 1/2 cup servings.
