Tropic Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup Frozen Mixed Fruit (strawberries, peaches, pineapples, mangos)1 cup Blue Diamond Almond Milk1/2 tablespoon FlaxseedSplenda to taste
Directions
Put 1 cup of frozen mixed fruit. in bottom of blender. Cover fruit with almost milk. Add flaxseed Depending on desired sweetness, add splenda to taste.

Cover and start blender on the low beat or whip speed. Continue to blend until entire mixture appears to be smooth and creamy.

Immediately pour smoothie into glasses and serve.
