Japanese Chicken Wings - modified

Ingredients
3 lbs boneless/skinless chicken1 tbsp olive oil1 cup splenda1/2 cup cider vinegar3 tbsp water3 tbsp tamari1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Cut chicken into approximately 1.5 oz servings.
Brown chicken lightly in olive oil.
Mix sauce ingredients in oven-safe bowl and place chicken in the sauce.
Bake at 350F until done.
Serve with rice, spooning the sauce onto it.

    If you read the details, the recipe is for 3 pounds of chicken! If you figure a quarter pound per serving, and devide the nutrition by 12 -- this is very low calorie/low fat. I am going to try this! - 11/16/08
