Ingredients
1 portabella mushroom (cleaned and stem removed)1/4 C 2% shredded cheese1 whole wheat bunMarinade (can be adjusted to taste)-1/2 T olive oil, 1t crushed garlic, 1t Mrs. Dash
Directions
Brush marinade over mushroom
Place mushroom gill side down on hot grill
Cook aprrox. 5 mins each side
Top with cheese and serve on bun
Enjoy!
