*Flour, white, 3 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Oat Bran, .4 T.Wheat germ, crude, 4 T.**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp Baking Powder, 6 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Water, bottled, 2 cupsMilk, nonfat, 2 cup Parkay, Original Stick Margarine, 8 Tbsp Soy Flour, 4 tbsp
These are hand made large biscuits that fit on a large cookie sheet. Cook 425' F for approx. 20 minuts or until done. Mix all dry ingrediants then mix in wet. blend well into a large ball and break off fist size biscuits. Spray pan. Cook.
