Buttermilk Wheatgerm Pancakes - Rebar

Ingredients
3 cups buttermilk2 eggs1 tbsp vanilla2 tbsp vegetable oil1 cup flour1 cup ww flour1/2 cup wheatgerm2 tsp baking soda2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt
Directions
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately. Blend together and cook on an oiled skillet until done.
Serve with syrup and fresh fruit.
Makes 20 palm-sized pancakes.
