Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients
12 oz frozen cooked medium sized Shrimp w/tail1 large diced cucumber1 can diced tomatoes and green chilli'sgarlic3 chopped leeks or 1 bunch of chopped green onions1/2 cup lime juice1 oz lemon juice1 tsp crushed red pepper flakessalt to taste1 Tbl Mrs. DashTobasco to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for about 30 minutes, stirring occaisionally. Serve in a bowl for a nice cool summer lunch or dinner. This makes 4 servings of 9 medium size shrimp with tails on (3 oz) and about a cup of chopped raw vegitables per serving. Nice and spicy.
