Ingredients:*Onion, Chopped Dried, 8 tbsp (remove)Chicken Thigh, 1 thigh, bone and skin removed (remove)Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove)Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 1 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") (remove)Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Milk Nonfat, 4 oz (remove)Milk Half & Half Fat Free, 8 tbsp (remove)dried veggies
Put spud, spinach, onion, broth, dried veggies and water in pan. Cook till spud is done. Place in blender and blend until blended. Put back in pan and add milk and half & Half. Bring to boil. Turn down heat and remove one cup liquid. Add corn starch to liquid making a paste and return to pan. Heat and stir. Makes 6 one cup servings.
