2 eggs1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper1 medium onion, finely chopped1 cup crushed saltines1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper1 1/2 pounds ground venison1 tablespoon Splenda-brown sugar blend2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs; add tomato sauce, onion, green pepper, saltines, salt and pepper. Add venison and mix well.
Press into an ungreased muffin pan pan. Combine brown sugar, mustard and vinegar; drizzle over meat. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 70 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
