Dark Chocolate Angel Food Cake with Rich Chocolate Glaze

1 box Angel Food Cake Mix (just add water)3/4 cup cocoa powderRich Chocolate Glaze: 1/2 cup cocoa powder1/4 cup powdered sugar2/3 cup fat free evaporated milk1 tsp vanilla extract2 oz dark chocolate (73% cacao), chopped

Combine angel food cake mix and cocoa powder. Add water according to box directions (my brand called for 1 1/4 cups). Beat two minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into ungreased angel food cake pan, or cupcake pan with liners. Bake according to package directions (mine took 25-30 minutes cupcakes, and 40 minutes angel food pan).
Glaze:
Warm evaporated milk in a sauce pan, sift in cocoa powder and powdered sugar, whisking to avoid lumps. Stir until mixtures comes to a simmer. Remove from heat, and add vanilla and finely chopped chocolate. Stir until chocolate is melted.
To serve, drizzle warm glaze over cake.
