Chinese Long Bean, 1 bowl, sliced into 3cm piecesLarge Onion Raw - 1/4, slicedGarlic, 2 cloves, slicedAnchovy (anchovies), 50 grams or about 1/4 of palmSoy Sauce, 3 tbsp or as needed according to own tasteCooking oil canola 2 tsp, 2 tspWater, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) or enough to not let the onions burn
Makes 1 serving for 4 people
1. Stir-fry large onion, garlic and anchovies in a stainless frying pan under medium fire with cooking oil until the onion turns yellowish then pour water to avoid the onion and garlics get burned.
2. Put in the beans and soy sauce. Stir the beans to make sure soy sauce is distributed evenly.
3. Put on the lid for few minutes for the beans to get cooked by itself then serve.
