3 raw potatoes1 pork tenderloin6-8 raw carrots1 can cream of mushroom soup1 package dry onion soup mix1/2 cup water
Heat oven to 350 degrees
place tenderloin, sliced onion, sliced carrots and cut potatoes in 9x13 baking dish
mix soup, onion soup mix and water and pour over vegetables and pork
Cover and bake for 90 minutes

Tried this recipe last night, and it was great! I added some mushrooms to the veggie mix. I do wish the gravy was thicker; maybe I'll just leave out the water next time and see how it does, since water cooks out of the potatoes and carrots. Just needs some extra pepper and garlic. :) - 9/3/14
