Beef Tikka Masala

Ingredients
8 oz Flank Stead, sliced4 Garlic Cloves, minced1/2 cup Diced Tomato1/2 cup Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt1 Poblano Chili, seeded and julienne1 Red Bell Pepper, seeded and julienne1 Orange Bell Pepper, seeded and julienne1 Sweet Vidalia Onion, choppedGinger Root, about 1/2 inch piece, gratedTurmeric Root, about 1/2 inch piece, grated2 tbsp Tomato Paste1 tbsp Curry Powder1/2 tbsp Honey1 tsp Turmeric1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 tsp Red Curry Powder1/4 tsp Cumin1/4 tsp PaprikaPinch of Sea SaltPinch of Black Pepper
Directions
1) Whisk chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, honey, and all spices together.

2) Combine all ingredients (except yogurt and dill) in crockpot. Stir well so chicken and veggies get coated with spice mixture. Place top on.

3) Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.

4) Add yogurt in the last 10 minutes. This prevents it from curdling. Stir well.

5) Sprinkle with dill and enjoy
