1 head of cauliflower (about 660g)1/4 cup non-fat yogurt2 oz. non-fat cream cheese1/4 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut and steam cauliflower. Mash cauliflower and mix in cream cheese, yogurt and spices.
