Caramel Pull-apart Bread

Ingredients
2 1-lb loaves of white frozen bread dough 1 large pkg. Vanilla pudding, cook and serve not instant1 cup brown sugar1 Tbsp cinnamon2 Tbsp milk1/2 cup butter
Directions
Thaw loaves of bread overnight in the refrigerator in a 9X13 sprayed glass pan that is covered with plastic wrap that is also sprayed to prevent sticking.

Cut or tear 1 loaf of dough into bite-size pieces and distribute evenly in same 9x13 pan. Remove other loaf and set aside on plastic wrap.

Melt butter in medium size saucepan and add remaining ingredients, beating until smooth. Pour this mixture over
pieces of bread dough and cut up 2nd loaf filling in empty spaces in pan. Cover with towel and raise for 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours.

Place in a preheated 370 degree oven for 25 to 35 minutes.

Immediately turn over onto jelly roll pan or other larger pan with sides. Scrape caramel left in pan onto bread and cool 10 minutes.

Serve caramel side up reaching tfor the bottom side to pull apart . Makes 12 large size servings.
