Grilled Tuna Patties

Ingredients
2 cans of tuna in water, drained well2 medium eggs1/2 cup onion diced1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped fine1 tbsp celery seed10 saltine crackers (crushed fine)
Directions
Prepare and combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. In medium/large skillet on stove add 1 tbsp. of margarine or cooking spray, heat on medium setting or flame.
Pat out 5-6 tuna patties, and place in skillet, salt and pepper to your liking or not at all.
Cook about 4 min. and flip to other side. Takes only about 10 minutes in all to cook light brown and heat clear thru.
Can serve, or place on bun with mayo and lettuce.
Best enjoyed with salad and soup or fresh fruit.
