Yam Good Potato Salad

Ingredients
3 cups Yams, cubes 1/4 Red Onions, chopped 1/4 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), chopped 1/2 Celery, raw, diced 1/3 cup Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing 1/4 cup Milk, nonfat1 tbsp Cider Vinegar1 tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard1 tbsp Parsley, dried
Directions
Peel and cut yams into bite-size shunks. Steam over boiling water for 10 minutes until tender. Let cool in bowl. Add onion, green pepper and celery. Whisk together salad dressing, milk, vinegar, mustard and parsley. Pour over potato mixture and mix gently. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
