vegan mexican stir fry

Ingredients
1 bag frozen sliced mixed peppers [about 3 cups of red, yellow and green]3 cloves garlic, chopped1 cup zucchini1 can of black beans, rinsed thoroughly 1 tsp pepper1 tsp salt1/3 cup salsa
Directions
cook peppers, garlic, zucchini, and spices five minutes in a medium heat nonstick pan.

add beans and salsa, cook 5 more minutes.

divide into 3 servings and eat!
