93% Lean ground turkey1 small onion chopped1 small bell pepper chopped1 jar pizza sauce (we used Great Value, 14 oz.)2 cups skim milk2 eggs1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp oil2 tsp Italian seasoning1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven 400 degrees. Brown ground turkey with peppers and onions. Drain. Add in pizza sauce and let it heat through. Spray non-stick cooking spray in 9x13 baking dish. Pour in pizza sauce/turkey mixture. Spread 1/2 cup of cheese on top. In separate bowl, mix milk, eggs, flour and oil. Stir until smooth. Add in italian seasoning and remaining cheese. Mix together, and pour over turkey mixture in baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cut into 12 squares.
