Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients
1/4 c. Celery, raw diced 1 Tbsp. Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise1/4 c. Apples chopped 4 oz. Chicken Breast, no skin, chopped4 slices wheat bread Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients except together. Salt and pepper chicken mixture to taste. Makes 2 sandwiches.
