1 cup long grain rice1 lb. lean ground beef1 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped green pepper2 cans Campbell's tomato soup
Cook rice separately
Brown beef with onions
Spray PAM on deep dish baking pan
Layer 1/2 the rice, beef, celery & green peppers
Top with one can of tomato soup & repeat
Bake covered at 375 for 30 minutes
