Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 lb*Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, DryBread, whole wheat (one slice, toasted and crumbled)Egg, fresh, 1 large Mortons Salt Natures Seasoning, (season to taste)*Adobo Powder (season to taste)*Hamburger Buns,Mushrooms (sliced) (optional)Onions (diced) (optional)American Cheese (optional)Red Ripe Tomatoes sliced (optional)
Directions
In a large bowl, combine turkey meat, bread (toasted and crumbled), egg, soup mix and dry spices.

mix well (we just use our hands), and seperate into patties (makes approx 10 patties, 1/2 inch thick by 2 inches wide).

cook patties on grill for about 5 minutes.

Sautee onions and mushrooms in small pan and add to burgers. (optional)

Put patties, onions, mushrooms, and tomato on bun and enjoy!
