1. 3 oz. Pineapple2. 3 oz. Apple3. 3 oz. Pear4. 3 oz. Banana5. 1/2 cup Skim Milk6. 6 oz. Light Blueberry Yogurt7. 1 scoop Whey Powder8. 6-8 Ice Cubes9. 3 packets sun crystals sweetener
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

Makes 2 - 3 servings depending on how deprived you are :-D
