Ingredients
2 eggs1 cup pumpkin2 eggs1 carton vanilla yogurt1/4 cup oil1 cup oats1 cup fiber one cereal1 cup whole wheat flour1/3 cup sugar1 tsp salt1tsp baking soda1/3 cup chocolate chipstopping:1 T brown sugar1/2 t cinnamon1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Beat together the yogurt, eggs and pumkin, oil and sugar. Grind oats and cereal into a fine flour in blender. Add all dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture. Stir until just blended. Add the chocolate chips. Spoon the mix evenly into 12 muffin cups. Mix the brown sugar and spices and sprinkle over the top of each muffin. Bake at 350 for 18-20 min.
