erika's pepper n mushroom gouda omlette

Ingredients
1.5 oz chopped red peppers2 oz chopped green peppers3 oz sliced baby bella mushrooms.5 oz grated boar's head smoked gouda2 lg eggs
Directions
saute veggies together with cooking spray.

scramble eggs (no milk) and place in pan. cook on one side, flip. as soon as you flip place veggies and cheese and fold in half.
