Banana chocolate chip bread

Ingredients
Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar, .75 cup Baking Soda, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 0.5 tsp Salt, 0.5 tsp Flour, white, 0.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Egg white, 2Egg, 1Banana, fresh 3 medium mashedChipits chocolate chips, 2 tbsp
Directions
Cream applesauce and sugar together. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Add mashed bananas and blend in. In second bowl, stir flour with baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add to banana mixture, stirring only to moisten. Transfer half of mixture to greased 9x5x3 loaf pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Pour in the rest of the mixture. Bake @ 350 F for about 1 hour until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove from pan and place on cake rack to cool. Wrap to store.

Makes about 10 slices... enjoy!
