Ingredients
Directions
1 pound Chicken Breasts (2 breasts)1/2 Tbsp Butter, unsalted1 Onion, sliced1 1/2 Tbsp Paprika1 Tbsp Whole Wheat Flour1/2 cup Chicken Broth1 clove Garlic, minced1/2 cup Sour Cream
Rinse and pat dry the chicken. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken breasts. Cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes. Remove the chicken to a plate and cut each breast in half. Add the onion to the skillet. Reduce heat to low and cook onions until they are browned, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle the paprika and flour over the onions and stir for 1 minute. Add the broth and garlic and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and cook on low, turning the chicken occasionally, until chicken is cooked through, 20-30 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and boil until the sauce is thickened. Serve over noodles. Makes 4 servings.
