Veggie Medley

Ingredients
1 lg. pkg. frozen broccoli florets3 cups summer squash, sliced8 oz. crimini mushrooms, sliced1 small onion, chopped1/4 cup grated carrots3 Tbs. Brummel and Brown spread
Directions
Melt Brummel and Brown spread in large skillet. Add all ingredients. Saute until all vegetables are completely cooked. Add salt to taste as well as garlic.

Makes six 1 1/2 cup servings.
