Ingredients
1 1/2 cups mixed frozen berries1 pear, peeled, cored, and chopped3 tbsp. unsweetened pineapple juice1 banana750g (about 3 cups) plain low fat yogurt
Directions
In a saucepan, combine berries, pear, and juice. Cook on medium heat until it begins to boil, then reduce to low and simmer until the berries and pear chunks are soft, up to an hour. Mash with a fork and continue to simmer on low until mixture is very thick. Put berry mixture and yogurt in a blender. Add banana. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Makes about 6 1/2 cup servings
