Curry Pork stir fry

Ingredients
2 cups sliced onions2 cups broccoli2 cups sliced bell peppers1 cup snow peas1.5 cups shredded cabbage12 oz cooked shredded pork1 can Roland coconut milk3 TBSP curry powder
Directions
Makes about 12 1-cup servings.

Cut veggies and cook in large skillet. When almost done, add cooked shredded pork. Mix curry powder with coconut milk and then add to skillet. Simmer 1 minute. Serve.
