Whole Wheat Pasta

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour1 egg1 tsp Olive Oil1 pinch saltwater to make consistency
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
2. Add water until the dough forms a firm ball - a finger pressed into the dough should hold its shape and slightly bounce back. You may need to add a little extra flour or water to make the consistency correct.
3. Process through pasta roller/kneader and then pasta cutter.
