Ingredients
Fruit Salad:2 Small bananas3 Small Granny Smith Apples2 Tbsp Golden Raisins2 Tbsp Pecans, roasted then choppedGlaze:3 Tbsp Smuckers Splenda Strawberry JamDash of Lime JuiceSplash of Water to Dilute
Directions
In a large bowl, add bananas cut in round slices to a thickness of your liking. Wash and dry apples, then quarter them and remove core. Cut apple quarters into thin slices and add to bananas. Add raisins and chopped pecans (roasted adds a bit more flavor). In a separate bowl, add strawberry jam, dash of lime juice to taste and a splash of water to dilute glaze (choose a consistency to your liking). Pour glaze over fruit and mix until well incorporated.
